Backblaze is looking for an AI Workflow Engineer based in Mexico to build and implement AI-powered workflow solutions. You will directly work with various business teams to streamline their processes by bridging AI technology with operational needs.

This role requires hands-on experience with AI tools and a background in business functions. The ideal candidate will be able to produce working prototypes quickly and maintain documentation that supports both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in a business-facing function.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Proven ability to improve real-world processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver AI workflow solutions rapidly.
• Collaborate within business teams to map workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing and iterate based on feedback.
