Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract in León. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code to help train AI systems to think like developers.

You’ll work hands-on across languages, evaluate outputs, and provide expert feedback. This flexible role rewards self-motivation, clear communication, and the ability to work asynchronously.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works — or doesn’t.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
