Alignerr is seeking Back End Developers in a fully remote, hourly-contract role to design, build, and optimize server-side systems and APIs powering AI products. You will work on data pipelines, model-serving infrastructure, and scalable microservices handling real-world traffic, with async collaboration across time zones and flexible scheduling for 10–40 hours per week.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more back end languages (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, Rust).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain robust back end services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Build scalable, high-performance server-side architecture for AI workloads.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
• Integrate with databases, queues, cloud services, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability as usage grows.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams across time zones.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review code, and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Work independently on task- and project-based assignments.
