The AI Solutions Specialist will oversee the evaluation, implementation, and support of AI tools and technologies across departments, collaborate on proposing AI-driven solutions, and conduct feasibility assessments and pilot programs for new AI initiatives. Additionally, the AI Solutions Specialists will provide technical guidance, maintain documentation, and manage relationships with AI vendors while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose AI-driven solutions.
· Conduct feasibility assessments and pilot programs for new AI initiatives.
· Stay current with AI trends and standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001) to recommend innovative solutions.
· Ensure all AI tools comply with security, privacy, and data governance standards.
· Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems.
· Define and monitor KPIs to assess AI tool performance, accuracy, and business impact.
· Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for AI solutions.
· Support model training, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for department use cases.
· Track and respond to AI system drift, performance degradation, or misuse.
· Establish internal guidelines for ethical AI use, including acceptable use and audit policies.
· Evaluate and manage AI vendor relationships to align with technical and compliance needs.
· Conduct risk assessments for AI implementations that influence automation or decision-making.
· Maintain clear documentation, best practices, and deployment workflows.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience working with AI tools, machine learning models, or intelligent automation platforms.
· Familiarity with industry AI frameworks and standards such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
· Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
· Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
· Experience with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, APIs).
· Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau).
· Experience leading cross-departmental AI implementations in a corporate or enterprise setting.
· Exposure to MLOps pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM tuning.
Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance tools used alongside AI (e.g., DLP, IAM, model audits).
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with agile project management and iterative deployment models.
· Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time on a computer.
