Tech9 is seeking an AI Solutions Delivery professional for its IT AI Center of Excellence to accelerate internal AI agent deployments using Claude Cowork and other LLMs. You will design prompts, skills, and agent workflows in a low-code environment and integrate agents with enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes practical understanding of LLM behavior, prompt design, and orchestration, with collaboration across business units to deliver scalable AI solutions and measurable impact.

Formación

• 4+ years in technical or analytical roles (e.g., system analyst, program manager).
• Hands-on with Claude or major LLM platforms (Claude preferred).
• Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and autonomous agent design.
• Experience with low-code automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n).
• REST, JSON literacy; ability to read API docs and integrate tools.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify automation opportunities with business stakeholders and translate them into agent specifications.
• Design Claude Cowork solutions end-to-end: prompts, chains, connectors, grounding, escalation, and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Build and ship agents using Claude projects, code, and enterprise connectors.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and maintain a Claude prompt library.
