EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI applications powered by large language models. You will partner with clients to deliver tailored LLM-driven solutions, architect agentic systems, and drive adoption of emerging AI technologies across enterprise environments.

This role requires strong programming skills, deep knowledge of AI lifecycle, and experience with enterprise integrations.

Formación

• Proven experience in building AI applications with large language models
• Strong skills in at least one modern language (Python/Java/Go) and web frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise system integration and cloud/on-prem deployments

Responsabilidades

• Design and build end-to-end AI applications including chatbots and QA platforms
• Collaborate with clients to tailor LLM solutions delivering business value
• Architect robust data pipelines and prompt strategies for scalable models
• Evaluate and monitor model performance, ensuring security and compliance
• Develop APIs and system integrations for production-grade AI apps
