JLL Technologies seeks an experienced IT Project Manager for IT Configuration Management to join our Global Configuration Management team within the Digital Workspace Services group. The role is based in the Mexico COE and supports a global environment of 60,000+ endpoints and ~600 AWS Workspace environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years managing infrastructure, configuration management, or deployment projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-team projects on time and within budget in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and endpoint configuration management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional global teams.
• Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with executive reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches of varying scope across 60,000+ endpoints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, risk mitigation, and success metrics for CM activities.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and business teams to prioritize deliverables.
• Establish and track KPIs and SLAs for configuration management operations and projects.
• Provide executive-level status reporting across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across global teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Manage change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and blockers; develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
• Participate in follow-the-sun global support for escalations and milestones.
• Mentor team members on PM and configuration management practices.
• Develop deployment plans, charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate on large-scale infra projects and technology lifecycle initiatives.
• Stay informed on CM trends and emerging technologies through ongoing learning.
• Ensure health monitoring and maintenance are integrated into planning.
• AI-Driven Project Optimization: use generative AI tools to draft plans, analyze data, and improve communications.
