EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an AI Platform Software Engineering Manager to architect a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will lead a hands-on, senior team to design, build, and operate production systems end-to-end.

You will design Python services with FastAPI, balance latency and reliability, implement AI evaluation, guardrails, and security, and collaborate with business users to refine requirements while maintaining high quality and performance.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with Python or comparable languages.
• Strong FastAPI experience building production APIs and services.
• Strong forward deployed engineering experience working closely with business users.
• Proven leadership skills to drive technical direction and uphold engineering standards.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end systems for an AI-powered assistant from loosely defined goals.
• Build Python services and APIs using FastAPI for production workloads.
• Deliver production implementations that balance quality, latency, reliability, and cost.

We are seeking an AI Platform Software Engineering Manager to build a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform and need a hands-on senior engineer to shape production systems end-to-end.
