We are looking for our next AI/ML Fraud Strategy Lead!

Define, lead, and execute the artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) strategy focused on fraud management, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and provide measurable value to fraud prevention and detection.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML use cases for fraud risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and operations to scope and deliver solutions.
• Assess emerging AI/ML technologies for relevance and potential adoption.
• Define performance metrics and generate executive insights to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Specialization: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Strategy, or Technology Innovation.
• Experience: In leading AI/ML initiatives from design through implementation, ideally within fraud, risk, or financial services environments.
• Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years.
• Languages: English (advanced)
• Technical Skills: Maching Learning. Data Governance. TnesorFlow. PyTorch
• Product Focus: Multiproduct.
• Specific Knowledge: Python, R.
