Accenture in Mexico City is seeking a senior AI/ML Engineering Lead with strong full-stack development expertise to drive enterprise AI solutions for a leading insurer. You will oversee design, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered platforms, integrating LLMs and agentic AI into production systems.

You will guide cross-functional teams, shape technical standards, and ensure scalable, secure cloud-based architectures while hands-on coding in modern frontend and backend tech.

About the Role

Mexico City, Mexico (100% Onsite) In Accenture, the hearth of change, we are looking for an AI/ML Engineering Lead with strong Full Stack development expertise and hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions for one of the world’s leading insurance companies. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership capabilities with deep expertise across modern application development, from frontend user experiences to backend services and AI model integration in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership Lead AI Engineering and software development teams.
• Define architecture decisions, technical standards, and development best practices.

• Integrate reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities into autonomous AI agents.
• Full Stack Development Develop modern enterprise web applications.
• Design APIs and microservices for AI-powered platforms.
• Integrate front-end applications with Generative AI services.
• Build secure, scalable cloud-based architectures.
