Job summary

PALO IT in CDMX is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks with IaC, monitor performance, and ensure security compliance across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document infrastructure, and stay ahead of technology trends in an AI-native, global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in infrastructure and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for software deployment, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Automate routine tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor and optimize application performance while troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new technologies and promote DevOps best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies within cloud environments.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, systems, and processes.
