Salesforce is seeking a senior Platform/ML Infra Engineer to advance our AI-native engineering efforts. You will write and review infrastructure code with Claude Code, publish reusable AI tools, and design autonomous agents to speed engineering workflows.

You will secure cloud infrastructure, manage MCP-enabled integrations, and shape the platform's long-term vision. You will collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions,

Formación

• 9+ years of experience as Platform/Software/ML Infra Engineer.
• Active use of Claude Code (CLI) or equivalent AI pair programmers.
• Experience building internal tools or marketplaces with reusable integrations.
• Experience designing autonomous agents for CI, infra ops, onboarding, and docs.
• Strong Python skills for scalable tools and automation.
• Experience with MCP servers for AI tool integrations.
• Extensive CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with MLOps concepts and tools.
• Experience with model/agent evaluation and monitoring (Grafana, PagerDuty).
• Familiarity with IAM systems (Okta) and multi-tenant onboarding.
• Security best practices, security reviews, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Write, refactor, debug, and review platform code with Claude Code and AI pairing.
• Build and publish reusable AI tools and integrations in internal marketplaces.
• Design and deploy autonomous agents to accelerate developer workflows and CI pipelines.
• Maintain CLAUDE.md files documenting platform conventions and patterns.
• Define and enforce AI-first engineering standards across the team.
• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure with IAM and Kubernetes.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate infra-as-code authoring and security reviews.
• Develop ML platform components: Model Registry, permissions services, and SageMaker tooling.
• Build APIs, UIs, and self-service tooling for ML engineers and data scientists.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker builds.
• Embed autonomous agents for auto-diagnosis, PR summaries, and auto-updates.
• Develop internal AI tool and skills marketplace connecting agents to data sources via MCP.
• Create developer tools and documentation to enable self-serve capabilities.
• Maintain observability, testing frameworks, and packaging/dependency management.
