Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) X is seeking an AI Experience Designer to lead meaningful portions of enterprise-scale digital experiences across the full product lifecycle. You will collaborate with strategy consultants, AI product managers, and engineers to design usable and scalable solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints.

Qualifications

1–4 years of professional experience designing digital products at scale in product, UX, or experience design roles.
A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design foundations, high-quality visual craft, and systems thinking.
Advanced experience with AI-native and AI-enabled design tools such as ChatGPT, Lovable, Figma AI, and Replit.
Advanced proficiency in Figma with components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode workflows.
Understanding of human-centered design, WCAG accessibility, responsive multi-platform design.

Responsibilities

Own meaningful portions of complex digital experiences at enterprise scale across the full product lifecycle.
Collaborate with strategy consultants, AI Product Managers, Forward Deployed AI Engineers, and Forward Deployed AI Scientists to design usable, elegant, and scalable solutions.
Contribute to design systems, including components, patterns, tokens, accessibility standards, and documentation.
Design scalable solutions within complex enterprise ecosystems and technical constraints; ensure coherence across journeys and platforms.
Produce structured client-ready documentation and communicate design decisions with clarity and precision.
