Job summary

Quona Capital Mexico seeks a backend-focused AI QA engineer to transform Kyveria into a production-grade AWS service. You will automate quality evaluation of customer interactions across chat, contact center, and Salesforce, delivering daily, data-driven feedback to the CX team and BPOs.

You will migrate workflows to scalable AWS environments, read data from Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, and chat, manage prompts and rubrics, and collaborate daily with CX and ops to translate user

Qualifications

Experience applying Claude or similar LLM tools to real workflows.
Strong backend programming in Python or TypeScript in production.
Hands-on SQL, data modeling, and API integrations.
Experience with AWS services at a developer level.

Responsibilities

Migrate and deploy Kyveria into a scalable AWS production service.
Read and integrate customer interactions from Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and chat sources.
Design and operate AI evaluation pipelines with versioned prompts and rubrics.
Build automated evaluations to measure AI vs human performance and iterate on prompts.
Collaborate daily with CX team and BPOs to convert feedback into technical improvements.
