Micron Technology is seeking an AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement team in Mexico. The role concentrates on building AI-driven tools, automating workflows, and integrating AI agents with SharePoint and enterprise systems.

You will work on rapid prototyping, secure integrations, and scalable AI solutions across business units. The team emphasizes governance, security, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, AI, ML, DS or related field.
• 2 years of software development or AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, ML pipelines, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms: Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic chunking, and memory persistence for long-horizon tasks.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage context-aware systems using MCP for continuity across interactions, prompt engineering, memory management, and context window optimization.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, Java; API development, SQL, PowerShell, Unix shell scripting.
