Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a highly organized GSC Workforce Development Specialist in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico to develop and maintain training curricula, documentation, and assessments ensuring workforce readiness and compliance. You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to identify needs, manage updates, and drive AI-enabled process improvements.

The role combines program administration, technical writing, data analysis, and project management to deliver high-quality training materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education/Adult Learning, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in workforce development, talent development, training, learning and development, change management, or performance improvement initiatives.
Experience creating and maintaining training programs, learning content, work instructions, standard operating procedures, or related documentation.
Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or metrics to support business decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled tools used for content development, process improvement, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training curricula, learning resources, certification requirements, and assessments to support workforce readiness and compliance.
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, manage documentation updates, and support operational priorities.
Build, review, and govern established operational guidelines, work instructions, training materials, and related controlled documentation.
Analyze training and operational data to develop dashboards, metrics, reports, and insights for key stakeholders.
Lead or support workforce development programs and cross-functional projects, including planning, implementation, communication, continuous improvement, and AI-assisted process optimization.
