Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Finance leader to own end-to-end transformation deliverables for complex SAP Finance programs in Mexico. You will guide solution design for FI/CO/FSCM, run Fit-Gap analyses, and ensure high-quality results for senior client stakeholders.

You will manage multi-workstream delivery, oversee plan, resources, risks, and go-live activities, and travel to client sites in the USA as needed, while mentoring a growing team and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, incl. at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP Finance projects across FI/CO/FSCM.
• Client-facing senior consultant with English proficiency and strong storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end SAP Finance transformation delivery and lead project teams.
• Oversee blueprint, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Coach and develop consultants and senior staff on the team.
• Support business development and client pitches with value-based proposals.
