Hubclub Go seeks an experienced SAP Finance Transformation consultant to lead ERP initiatives across Mexico, Colombia and the United States. You will analyze business requirements, map processes, perform fit-gap analyses and design scalable SAP Finance solutions aligned with IFRS/GAAP, localization rules, and intelligent finance objectives.

Required – Technical Skills

• Strong experience facilitating business transformation initiatives through ERP implementation and optimization.
• Extensive experience in SAP Finance solutions, including financial accounting, controlling, and enterprise finance processes.
• Expertise in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and solution design.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Proven ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)

Required Languages
