Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist - F&A (I2C) to drive quality checks, client management, and seamless handling of payment and dispute queries within a hybrid work model.

You will complete SOPs, maintain logs, ensure compliance, and contribute to daily audits while collaborating with a global team to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires strong English and Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance
• Master's degree: Finance
• English and Spanish proficiency (C2)

Responsibilities

• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts.
• Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
• Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements.
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.
• Perform daily internal audit.
