Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R to lead month-end close, reporting, and R2R processes. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure KPIs/SLA adherence, and drive timely controls and evidence submission.

The role requires degrees in Accounting/Finance, professional certifications CFA/FRM, and strong banking, ERP, and financial analysis skills. It’s a hybrid, day-shift position with Spanish Proficiency (C2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple stakeholders across close cycles and reporting.
• Ensure smooth month-end close and monthly reporting.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and timely controls execution.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence.
• Build customer relationships and improve customer happiness.
• Lead process update calls with customers when required.
