HP Inc. is seeking a Contracts Specialist to oversee high-value Commercial Enterprise and U.S. Public Sector contracts. You will review agreements, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with policies and contract terms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English, plus experience with AI-powered tools to streamline responses and reporting. Hybrid work in Mexico is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable U.S. contract terminology and conditions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly fluent in written and verbal English language skills.
• Mastery in MS Office applications and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and customer RFPs in detail.
• Manage contract deliverables, reporting, price files and records.
• Update customer websites and assist with RFP responses.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with GRO Operations and automation teams.
• Identify terms, conditions and risk factors in contracts.
