The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AI & Automation Lead to be the founding team member of our Artificial Intelligence Division. This role is critical in building the technological core of EON’s future—starting with automating SYSAT, our flagship trading system, and expanding toward full AI integration across operations, analysis, and internal decision-making.

You will work directly with the CIO (Founder), and have full ownership of design, development, and execution of AI and automation systems from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the automation of our SYSAT trading strategy dashboard, performance analytics, and operational alerts.
• Design and implement end-to-end intelligent systems: data ingestion, model execution, and real-time insights.
• Implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NLP, ML models) to support investment decision-making and business efficiency.
• Build the foundation to scale EON’s AI capabilities and, eventually, lead a growing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, ML ops, or automation systems.
• Strong experience with Python, APIs (especially IBKR, OpenAI), data processing, and building internal dashboards.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, or investment analytics (a big plus).
• Self-starter, structured thinker, and able to translate business goals into smart, executable systems.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
