MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week: Agile Trainer and Coach

What can you expect?

A Senior Agile Trainer and Coach is a recognized subject matter expert, and a senior individual contributor who manages large-scale projects, coaches team members, and solves complex problems. A highly-motivated and experienced Senior Agile Trainer and Coach with enthusiasm for all aspects of product development and who knows how to work with multiple teams of highly skilled engineers. A proven expert in using the Agile / Scrum / Lean methodologies, a guide to improve the product team’s development processes and driven by delivering value. An excellent communicator and facilitator, and coaches people to raise issues and guides change to remove impediments for teams.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide training and coaching to our Spanish-speaking offices.
  • Participate in all aspects of product development.
  • Drive the maximization of the delivery of value.
  • Coach multiple teams to self-manage.
  • Improve team performance.
  • Guide teams and organization to remove impediments.

What you need to have:

  • 2 plus years’ experience in agility coaching, facilitation, and training.
  • Experience in scaling frameworks.
  • Experience in portfolio/lean, product management, personas, and value stream mapping.
  • English is at least B2 level (Intermediate communication).

What makes you stand out?
