Formación

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Coach, who will play a critical role in guiding teams and the organization in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies effectively. You will coach and mentor individuals and teams to enhance their Agile mindset and practices, promote collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of agility and delivering successful outcomes for our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a catalyst for Agile transformation, promoting and advocating for Agile principles, values, and practices across the organization.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to enhance their Agile knowledge and skills.
  • Assess the organization’s Agile maturity and develop strategies and roadmaps for Agile transformations.
  • Conduct Agile training sessions, workshops, and other educational initiatives to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and guide teams in implementing Agile ceremonies and artifacts effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to align Agile transformation efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address organizational impediments and challenges that hinder Agile adoption and success.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement by encouraging Agile values and principles.
  • Support the development and implementation of Agile metrics, tools, and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and effective Agile practices.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies to encourage feedback, learning, and adaptation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Agile methodologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and various frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Certification as an Agile Coach (e.g., ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams, individuals, and stakeholders in Agile practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive organizational change and foster a culture of agility.
  • Ability to assess and adapt Agile practices to suit the organization’s needs and context.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset and commitment to personal and professional development.
