Job summary

Milestone Technologies seeks a highly technical DWS Architect to advance digital workplace solutions, blending classic workplace know-how with modern software engineering and agentic AI. You will design, prototype, and ship software and AI agents that automate and transform end-user computing environments.

You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to craft roadmaps, working prototypes, and transformation plans for secure, high-performing

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding in Python and at least one of JS/TS or Go.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployment; Kubernetes familiarity.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and exposure to vector stores.
• API design and integration experience (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Experience building LLM-powered and agentic AI apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop target reference architectures and roadmaps for digital workplace solutions.
• Design and build production-grade software components and AI agents.
• Lead solution designs and collaborate with executives and engineering teams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from PoC to production rollout, ensuring quality.
