Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding travel insurance options.
• Guide customers through the selection of suitable travel insurance plans based on their travel details and needs.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions clearly.
• Process applications and facilitate the purchase of travel insurance policies.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the policy period.
• Assist clients with policy amendments or cancellations as needed.

Requirements
