Project Coordinator

Work From Home | Full time

As the Project Coordinator for a home remodeling and construction company based in California, USA, you will be responsible for ensuring the schedule of construction crews, and details of any given task. In addition, you will assist the Construction Manager by performing various administrative tasks to help projects stay on schedule and within budget.

This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PST M-F.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Placing orders, scheduling construction crews, checking inventory levels and making purchases when necessary.
  • Contact vendors for quotes on materials and services, calling subcontractors to determine their availability, and scheduling inspections and vendors with the local city.
  • Responsible for the entire service team’s productivity and ensuring that the project deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support, as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Spanish communication skills, a plus.
  • Must have your own computer.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
