What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and action plans to internal sales team staff
- Order entry and maintenance, manage inbound customer orders, set up MyArrow accounts, and maintain PCPRCE 2 for contract pricing
- Support sales team with direct customer contact, including coordinating reports and acting as first escalation after expedites
- Work with Asset team to process orders and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
