Una reconocida empresa automotriz busca un APRM para liderar la planificación y gestión de servicios de Ingeniería de Aftermarket. El candidato ideal debe tener una licenciatura en Ingeniería y habilidades analíticas excepcionales. Se espera que trabaje en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales y esté enfocado en la calidad y preparación de vehículos. Formación

  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia técnica en servicio automotriz o ingeniería.
  • Capacidad de trabajar con socios globales.

Responsabilidades

  • Dirigir la planificación y gestión de productos y servicios de Ingeniería de Aftermarket.
  • Supervisar el desarrollo de entregables para cumplir con los hitos del proceso.
  • Ser el punto de contacto principal en revisiones de calidad y preparación del programa.

Descripción del empleo

The APRM leads the planning and management of all Aftersales Engineering products and services (e.g., Owner Manual, Service Instructions, Diagnostic Software, Special Tools, etc.) for a vehicle program to ensure availability at launch.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Documenting the global workshare for Aftersales Engineering development and validation activities.
  2. Monitoring and supervising the development of deliverables in terms of timing and content to meet the landmarks defined in the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP).
  3. Issue analysis and problem solving.
  4. Serving as the CCA single point contact at Product Execution Teams / Vehicle and Process Integration Review and Program Quality and Readiness Reviews.
  5. Working closely with multi-functional teams to address program issues.
  6. Escalating CCA issues to the program team.
  7. Reporting vehicle service and parts readiness status to CCA Leadership.
  8. Leading the acquisition of vehicles, hardware, specifications, and data to support service and parts readiness.
  9. Mentoring in the Product Development Change Request/Decision Notice (CR/DN) process.
  10. Maintaining key program data and information.
  11. Coordinating vehicle level serviceability requirements, including development, communication, and validation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • High analytical ability for complex and unusual problems.
  • Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proven knowledge of vehicle systems.
  • Technical knowledge with prior automotive service or engineering experience.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global partners to achieve shared goals.
