  • Affiliate Recruitment & Growth: Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential affiliate partners through affiliate networks, content collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Email Flow Strategy: Develop and optimize nurture campaigns for affiliates using personalized email flows for onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner Nurturing & Reactivation: Create targeted campaigns to reactivate dormant affiliates and boost performance for existing ones.
  • Negotiate and Secure Partnerships: Collaborate with new partners to finalize deals, including CPA structures, sales commitments, premium placements, and listing opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates, influencers, and sub-affiliate networks to drive consistent performance.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall ROI.
  • Content & Community Engagement: Create inspiring and educational content for affiliates, and actively engage in relevant communities to establish Cloudways as a leader in the space.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, mitigate fraud, and maintain program integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in affiliate marketing with a focus on SaaS, global affiliate networks, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Mindset with Execution Skills: Experience in scaling affiliate programs and integrating them with broader inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Email Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of email lifecycle flows (onboarding, activation, retention) and tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and drive measurable growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and nurturing partnerships globally.
  • Content & Community Focus: Experience creating affiliate-targeted content and engaging with relevant communities to drive brand presence.
