Lennox International busca ampliar su equipo en Saltillo para ocupar un puesto de representante de cuentas clave. Reportará al equipo de ventas y trabajará estrechamente con servicio al cliente, logística y finanzas para garantizar una experiencia de cliente fluida y eficiente desde la cotización hasta la entrega.

Se valorará experiencia en CRM y habilidades de comunicación sobresalientes. Se ofrece un entorno global y oportunidades de desarrollo en HVACR.

Formación

• :Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective listening and communication.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing demands.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• :Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed product information.
• Reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications provided by customers to determine product needs.
• Managing and tracking customer requests from initial inquiry through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Processing order modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Managing ongoing quote follow-ups by regularly updating reports, tracking status changes in customer databases and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintaining customer records in customer database for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account data and interactions within CRM tools.

Under general supervision,the KeyAccount Repis responsible forthetimelyandaccurateprocessing of customer quotes, orders, and dispute resolution. Working in a collaborative team environment, this role supports a shared portfolio of customer accounts and ensuresseamlesscustomer experience through efficient communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities
