Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in board-level digital design: schematic, integration, verification.
• Expertise in high-speed interfaces and timing/power integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers; LPB level internal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex avionics systems, integrating digital and analog components.
• Support bids and proposals for growth and innovation.
• Design processor and FPGA assemblies including layout and review.
• Board bring-up, integration, and verification.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead multidisciplinary design teams.
• Interface with customers and drive process improvements.
