Our client, a leading innovator in aerospace technology, is seeking a talented Avionics Systems Engineer to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote flexibility with necessary on-site collaboration at our facility in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX . You will be responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, and certification of complex avionics systems for next-generation aircraft. This position requires a deep understanding of avionics hardware and software, communication protocols, and system integration techniques. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for pushing the boundaries of aviation technology. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and flight test personnel, to deliver robust and reliable avionics solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate avionics systems, including flight controls, navigation, communication, and displays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in avionics systems engineering.
• Proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of avionic systems.
• Strong knowledge of avionics communication protocols (e.g., ARINC 429, ARINC 664/AFDX, CAN bus).
• Familiarity with avionics certification processes and standards.
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and system modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
