Michael Page is seeking a Customer Support Manager to grow and manage key accounts across Latin America, focusing on government, institutional and military clients. You will be the main liaison between customers and the company, coordinating with global teams and driving long-term relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B services, strong negotiation skills and advanced English, with availability to travel and in-depth knowledge of MRO/aftermarket services desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3+ years in B2B services, Customer Support, Account Management or related function.
• Strong experience managing and developing B2B customer accounts.
• Proven negotiation or contract management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop key customer accounts across Latin America, with exposure to government, institutional and military customers.
• Act as main point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships.
• Prepare commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations and contract management.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Promote service solutions and long-term support programs.
• Monitor contract performance and profitability.
• Coordinate customer requirements with international and corporate teams.
• Support development of aftermarket, maintenance and MRO services.
• Manage customer requirements and projects from end to end, coordinating with different internal stakeholders.
• Visit customers and operational sites across the region as required.
• Combine a strong Customer Support mindset with a Business Development approach to further develop existing accounts.
