Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an AEO Specialist to own search strategies for a portfolio of B2B clients. You will steer the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story in conversations with clients.

You’ll lead technical SEO efforts across crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and architecture, while coordinating with writers and AI to produce drafts. Remote work available for US/CA/LatAm markets.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluent with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

As AEO Specialist (Answer Engine Optimization) you own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.

What You Bring
