This role involves ensuring functional integrity through testing, collaborating with the architecture team, and transferring knowledge. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of AEM experience in a challenging and creative work environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience with AEM including cloud services.
• Experience in designing secure software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of backend development and RESTful APIs.

DESCRIPTION

• Remediate the current AEM codebase to ensure full compatibility with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Guarantee that all current functionality remains intact after code modifications.
• Ensure all test cases pass successfully.
• Conduct knowledge transfer.
• Attend weekly status meetings and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with architects in case new technologies or code rewrites are proposed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• + 7 years of experience.
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – strong experience with both on-premise and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Software Architecture – designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Cloud Migration – application modernization and code remediation for cloud environments.
• Automated Testing – creating and validating test cases to ensure functional integrity post-modifications.
• Version Control – proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, GitFlow, or similar tools.
• CI/CD Pipelines – continuous integration and automated deployment (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Java / OSGi – backend development for AEM.
• Sling / HTL / JCR – core technologies used in AEM for components and content management.
• RESTful APIs – design and integration of services for system interoperability.
• Fluent English
