Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure human resources cycle processes compliance.
• Propose, design and execute in collaboration with clients the Human Capital strategy of the areas supported in the short, medium and long term.
• Advise and enable leaders and employees on Human Resources policies, processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements accompanied by the Labor Relations area.
• Ensure the correct execution of Global mobility processes accompanied by the Global Mobility Center area.
• Actively participate in change management processes when required.
• Support the execution and management of the employee life cycle.
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics.
• Lead projects at site level.
• Lead governance with union representatives.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related areas.
• You have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the Human Resources and Labor relations area, with at least 3 years performing the functions described above.
• You have a level of English: Advanced, Able to hold a business conversation.
