Formación

Descripción del empleo

Derive Test strategy for Hitech & Fixed Portfolio products.

• Test Planning, Identify Technical risks/mitigation plan in early phase of the program.
• Identify opportunities for adopt/develop automation & Simulation to improve Quality and reduce test cycle time.
• Closely work with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and other functional teams to define Robust test plans
• On-time delivery of tested products to meet agreed quality criteria.
• Understand and develop use case scenarios on test strategy & Execution.
• Responsible for carrying out different kinds of testing like Performance, Functional, Installation, Compatibility, Usability, Regulatory, etc.
• Should be responsible for defining, reviewing requirements and ability to suggest product enhancement.
• Responsible for skill development of team, Coaching Mentoring team members.
• Working with all global and local stakeholders to drive flawless execution.
• Proficient in developing automation using LabVIEW/Python Scripts
• Understanding various global certification standards, especially ATEX, IEC, UL, RoHS, EMI/EMC, etc).
• Experienced in building lab capabilities to meet business needs
• Participation in Architecture and Design Reviews along with Technical Leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Electrical from Reputed institutes.
• Relevant years of +7 years of work experience are required in the above-mentioned competencies.
• Hands on experience with Micro Processor based systems, Analog & Digital system design, Power Supply Design and Interfacing with Sensors.
• Knowledge circuits design.
• Experience in end-to-end qualification testing for compliance and solving EMI issues to meet the required standards. In-depth knowledge of standards such as IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-1 etc
• Minimum two complete product development life cycle experience (initiation, POC, design validation, launch and post release maintenance).
• Min 2 years in automate data acquisition tasks with PC software like LabVIEW or Python.
• Good knowledge of various communication protocols such as USB, DDR, SGMII, HDMI, SPI, and I2C. Exposure to Wireless Interfaces like WiFi and BLE.
• Ability to statistically analyse data with software tools like MS Excel/MATLAB/Minitab.

Nice to Have

• Good understanding of gas detection products.
• Ability to develop embedded programs in C-language.
• Knowledge of six sigma principles in product design & development.
• Prefer working experience with analog Sensor signal conditioning circuits with micro-Controllers / Processor integration.
• IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 standard awareness for Product design like PFD / HFT.
• ATEX/ Flame Proof design.
• Intrinsic safety (IS) protection technique for safe operation of electrical equipment for Hazards Environment.
