TE Connectivity seeks an Advanced Quality & Product Security Officer Engineer to drive quality across the product development lifecycle and shape security throughout the lifecycle. The role partners with engineering and manufacturing on DFMEAs, PFMEA, and risk management while guiding Product Security reviews, ensuring compliant launches, and enabling safe new product introductions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in Engineering, Advanced Quality Eng., Manufacturing, Product Development, or PM roles.
• Experience in global/multicultural environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience with complex product development and manufacturing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive NPI following APQP and LEANPD.
• Act as the quality interface throughout product development and launch activities.
• Participate in Design Reviews, Gate Reviews, and project meetings.
• Develop and maintain DFMEAs and other risk assessment methods.
• Support design verification/validation to ensure quality requirements.
• Lead PFMEA, Process Flow, DFM/DFA, and process risk assessments.
• Define and implement Quality Control Plans and readiness for releases.
• Lead Product Security reviews and risk assessments across lifecycle.
• Create Product Security workflows aligned with the Product Security framework.
• Drive continuous improvement of Product Security practices.
