TE Connectivity is seeking a Quality Engineer to conduct in-depth quality management activities within manufacturing, ensuring products meet specifications through robust in-process and inspection controls.
The role requires collaboration with Product and Manufacturing Engineers, expertise in FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and ISO 9001 systems, and strong English communication with mentoring capabilities.

Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
- Strong experience with FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why, and Ishikawa.
Responsabilidades
- Identify key processes basing on quality control and assure process quality.
- Lead and participate with Product and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve issues using 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why.
- Support roll-out of standard tools: FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Capability studies, QIP, FAI, PPAP, work instructions.
