Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing leader to drive NPDI plans and align manufacturing with product roadmaps. You will lead prototype builds and plant-to-plant transfers, applying lean and advanced manufacturing across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide engineering prototypes alongside Design Engineering to optimize capacity and costs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant-to-plant product transfers and support NPDI programs.
• Identify and pilot Advanced Manufacturing technologies and capital projects.
• Support manufacturing cost analyses for new and existing products.
• Execute Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and NPDI deliverables.
• Lead prototype builds with local operations to achieve 2 weeks LT.
• Support engineering prototypes with Design Engineering.
• Contribute to growth strategies for BU footprint and capacity.
• Apply best practices across processes and sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps.
• Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated
• Lead, Develop and implement manufacturing plans for assigned new products according to NPDI program
• Lead and Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
• Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
• Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices. Capital projects that support Growth, NPDI, Product Transfers, Technical Capacity and Footprint associated
• Provide support for manufactured cost analyses of new and existing products.
• Responsible for the execution of Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and deliverables of NPDI Process
• Leader for Manufacturing Prototype builds along with the local operation team to achieve 2 weeks LT
• Accountable and Supportive Role for Engineering Prototype builds with Design Engineering
• Actively intervenes in growth strategies for assigned BU, footprint and technical capacity definition
• Implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes and provide multi-site manufacturing engineering support.
• Assist with business-critical capital projects including facility planning, layout, and cost justification.

QUALIFICATIONS

BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent

MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of formalized Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.
• Extensive experience in New Product Development and Product Transfers.
• Excellent vertical communication, interpersonal, and motivation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively; ability to coach, train, facilitate and lead teams effectively in a transformational work environment.
• Demonstrated strong project management and technical skills; analytical skills; PC skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through team building and teamwork.
