Formación

• BS in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in mechanical assembly with automation.
• Experience in manufacturing project management.
• Lean, automation, quality and design-for-manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define assembly processes, equipment, and automation.
• Coordinate sample builds and provide DFM input.
• Implement general assembly, testing, finishing, and packaging.
• Justify equipment, write specs, manage installation tasks.
• Support safety, productivity, and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist product design conversations for manufacturability.
