Trane Technologies is seeking a qualified professional to develop robust CNC precision machining processes at our Monterrey facility, supporting regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives. The role emphasizes mentoring the machining team to achieve cost, quality, and schedule goals.

The position is on-site in Monterrey, Mexico, with a five-day work week. Candidates should bring strong CNC manufacturing expertise and a track record of process improvement in a manufacturing

Responsabilidades

• Develop robust and reliable manufacturing processes related to CNC precision machining to support regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives in Monterrey facility.
• Meet Product/Project Costs, Quality, and implementation schedule established by the project.
• Mentor the machining team to ensure alignment with standards.
