Formación

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in an account management role.

Overview

Celanese Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Account Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a specified geographic territory in the Bajio area, focusing on new business development and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of engineered resin materials and plastics, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include:

  1. Building a robust pipeline of opportunities
  2. Managing all Salesforce data related to assigned accounts
  3. Providing world-class service levels through frequent customer interactions
  4. Leading the development and implementation of segment/account growth plans, supporting the introduction and sale of new products to customers through translation opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or International Business
  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in an account management role
  • Experience in a chemical or plastics company
  • Ability to reside within the geographic territory and travel 50-75% of the time
  • Knowledge of plastics, preferably Celanese material offerings or related
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to understand technical properties of the materials portfolio
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Business acumen and customer focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Preferably residing in Queretaro / Bajio area
