Cognizant is seeking a proactive developer with 3+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic, AJO, CDP, and AEP implementations. You will own solutions from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization, serving as a steward of the Adobe ecosystem within a global context.

The role blends business and technical acumen, requiring the ability to navigate ambiguity, ground decisions in data, and influence roadmap direction for scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Overall 3+ years with Adobe Campaign Classic, AJO, CDP, AEP implementation.
• Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Actively participate in requirements definition, solution design discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to stakeholders, balancing business needs, platform capabilities, and long-term maintainability.
• Communicate technical concepts and constraints effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take end-to-end ownership of solutions from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Serve as a steward of the Adobe ecosystem, improving platform stability, scalability, performance, security, and efficiency.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of production issues with sustainable corrective actions.
• Ensure solutions align with architectural standards and data governance requirements.
• Monitor journeys, campaigns, and integrations to ensure business outcomes and health.
• Identify technical debt and recommend improvements for long-term sustainability.
• Define data structures, create journeys, craft personalized content, and monitor campaign performance in ACC/AJO/CDP.
• Create customer segments and tailor content in ACC/AJO/CDP.
• Optimize existing use cases and develop new ones in ACC/AJO/CDP.
• Implement real-time and scheduled delivery using edge-based triggers and behavioral data.
• Develop and implement custom solutions within AEP, including integrations with other systems.
• Troubleshoot performance and resolve issues across ACC/AJO/AEP solutions to optimize journeys.
