AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specializing in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data enterprise-wide. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, shape XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified profiles.

Collaboration with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation is central. You will lead data architecture efforts, mentor engineers, and help build cross-channel journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer while ensuring data quality and

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of XDM and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust data architectures within AEP, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas for standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing teams to orchestrate journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensuring quality, governance, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
