Salary: $10,000 to $15,000 MXN (Gross)

Responsibilities
  1. Support team members with local office issues (credentials, parking, office space, etc.)
  2. Manage access control and visitor procedures
  3. Coordinate with building administration on scheduled meetings and compliance requirements
  4. Procure and manage office supplies
  5. Oversee billing and expense reimbursements
  6. Manage office budget and control costs
  7. Assist HR in organizing corporate events
  8. Monitor cleaning services
  9. Support organizational communication
  10. Administer business applications for personnel management
  11. Prepare credentials and access cards
  12. Control meeting room reservations
  13. Identify opportunities to add value and support
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Advanced English proficiency (interview conducted in English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills for administrative tasks
  • Ability to deliver executive presentations
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
