We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and team members in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in an IT services or technology consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support calendar management, meeting coordination, and logistics using Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
Maintain and organize shared files and documentation across Google Drive and SharePoint
Assist in preparing and managing business documents, including MSAs, NDAs, and non-compete agreements
Manage document workflows using DocuSign
Handle light bookkeeping and invoice tracking via QuickBooks
Support internal communications, meeting follow-ups, and action item tracking
Help coordinate travel arrangements, team events, and ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet, Drive), Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks, SharePoint, and DocuSign
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an IT services or tech consulting firm
Comfortable supporting multiple team members and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting distributed teams or working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project tracking tools and internal business processes in a consulting setup
