Dematic is seeking an experienced SAP Application Administrator to ensure enterprise applications remain reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for teams to use. This senior role blends lifecycle ownership, incident management, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

You will manage the lifecycle of enterprise SAP applications, monitor performance, coordinate enhancements, and work with platform teams and service owners to drive improvements.

Formación

• 8+ years of functional experience in enterprise IT or application administration.
• Experience managing operational procedures and application support processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise SAP applications including implementation, monitoring, maintenance and support.
• Establish and improve incident management processes to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and security and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate enhancements for internally developed and commercial applications.
• Gather requirements and implement changes with developers, IT support, and business teams.
• Drive application rationalization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with technology partners and consultancies.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with platform teams and Service Owners.
