A leading financial institution in Santiago de Querétaro is searching for a Cloud and ADFS Sr. Specialist to administer Active Directory and provide support for ADFS and AD DS environments. Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Active Directory Domain Services including ADFS.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues for AD DS and ADFS infrastructure.
• Ability to plan and execute ITIL activities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Active Directory and provide first line support.
• Maintain PKI certificates for users and devices.
• Monitor all ADFS/AD DS environments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Active Directory administration.
• Provide first line of support for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and ADFS
• Maintain PKI certificates for end users and devices.
• Provide proactive Monitoring of all ADFS/AD DS environments
• Participate in SWAT and Incident related calls with application areas
• Assist in troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs for the AD DS and ADFS Infrastructure
• Creation and scheduling of Changes required for the execution of Infrastructure Tasks
• Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements Incident investigation, diagnosis, and incident resolution.
• Utilize knowledge of Windows with basic scripting skills for platform support
• Working knowledge of AD DS
• 10+ years of relevant AD DS / including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems.
